The mass media has become a big part of our society and its counterparts. The mass media is seen as an important medium of communication especially with modern life style, as well as a way of delivering messages and valuable data to the masses within a matter of seconds. As we move into a more technological era we see vast differences in culture, values and the basic change in the way of life. The traditional way of life is dying; in-depth valuable heritage is no longer being followed. It’s fascinating how incredibly the media is keep changing mostly daily to attract people’s attention and brings more success to non profit organizations who are either work behind the scene or they could be very well, famous people who we might hear of them before and from that way we can tell as an audience how much we can still get effected by the people who are in charge of every new element that’s indicated to the media just recently.

And each audience can be different, as many people like to focus on a specific type of media in which we can relate that on how people interests are just different than others and their thoughts are also keep going up and down sometimes it depends on what they are really looking for and how they feel about a certain medium of communication, and there are many examples on that in terms if someone likes to watch television and follow the TV programs more than catching up the same programs that might be available on the internet, just because that person prefers it the most and he/she thinks its more important, valuable, more entertaining, and so on; while others prefer to track what’s mostly interest them on the internet, radio, magazines, newspapers, books and extra. It is obvious that everyone has a different taste, and different perspective on what they like the most to follow, and that can be for a verity of reasons, on the other hand.

As individuals say that the mass media is a valuable tool to society and it can very much create great, remarkable changes on a person or a whole community that carries different perspectives regarding issues, improvements, establishing a nice crafted platform for young people who need support to see them better, and notice their abilities in expressing themselves in a way what are they willing to give that looks helpful and useful for their communities and how to promote to them even among small communities for a person as a starter it would do a great favor to him/her in getting their names familiar, and their work or dream goals heard and seen better by the public.

On the other hand, mass media can be seen to debauch within society and the minds of the new generation. Over all we see that the media has a colossal negative impact in comparison to a positive affect on society and that's something can be discussed in another article.

Now, for me being a journalism and theater student I’ve been interested more to focus my attention on what I need to know about my media usage, and if whether or not I'll start finding any changes in the amount of time, hours, days I;m going to spend on verity of media; while I’m keeping in track with different types of mass media, such as television, radio, internet, newspapers, in which they all belong to the primary activities of my daily life, and how some of the secondary activities I normally do were represented and occurred at the meantime, and in what way or direction it changed from my thoughts, and interests.

To go more in depth with the details, I mainly would like to mention that I’ve followed a different strategy of how I am going to notice and see the difference between what I used to use as a certain type of media, and why by keeping a track of three days during the regular week days and start writing down how much I have spent per day on each medium usage, and in what way that might help me discovering myself of being and if it challenged my perspective about specific subjects whether on social media sites such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Snap-chat, Instagram or even the phone applications; without forgetting of course, Television, radio, the press online or printed daily or weekly newspapers, event and announcements magazines especially the last one that are often sen and received once-twice a month delivered out to counties up until smaller communities and so on.
